Refunds & cancellation

Reframe can be used free of charge. This page explains what happens if and when you buy a paid plan or pass. The price, the billing period and any taxes are shown before you pay; prices include taxes.

These rules are part of our Terms of Service. They do not limit your rights under mandatory consumer law.

Who sells and who refunds

Paid plans and passes are sold through Link, a Stripe company, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase. Link takes the payment and sends your receipts, invoices, refund notices and certain subscription e-mails. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* followed by our name. NG Software ApS provides the Service and remains responsible for it. For questions about payments, billing or refunds you can contact us or Link support.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time:

  • on the Billing page of your account;
  • in the customer portal opened from that page;
  • on link.com, where your order is listed;
  • or by writing to us.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Cancelling at period end does not refund the rest of the current period, except as described below.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the day you buy, without giving a reason.

Paid access starts as soon as you pay. Before you pay we ask you to request that it starts right away and to confirm that you know you keep the right to withdraw but pay for the days you used.

If you withdraw, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the days you had paid access, counting each started day.

How to withdraw: while you have a paid plan, your Billing page shows a “Withdraw from contract” function for the first 14 days. You can also send us a clear statement by e-mail. We confirm by e-mail that we received it, with the date and time.

Your paid access ends when you withdraw, and the refund goes back to your original payment method without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of your statement.

Ending a renewed quarterly or yearly term early

If your quarterly or yearly subscription has renewed at least once, you can end the current term at any time instead of waiting for its end. We refund the full months of that term that have not started yet, in proportion to the price you paid for the term. Example: a yearly term paid at €190, ended during its third month, has nine unused full months, so the refund is €142.50.

The term ends at once, your account moves to the Free plan, and the refund is issued automatically to your original payment method.

In the first term of a subscription this option is not available: use the 14-day right of withdrawal or cancel at period end. Monthly subscriptions are cancelled at period end.

One-time passes

A pass gives paid access for a fixed period and does not renew. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to a pass in the same way as to a subscription.

Other refunds

Beyond the cases above, we may refund a payment at our discretion — for example when a technical problem on our side kept you from using what you paid for. Ask us within 14 days of the payment. This is a goodwill gesture, not a right, and it does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee for digital services under Danish and EU law if the Service does not work as described.

Link may also refund a purchase in certain cases within 60 days of the original transaction, under its own refund policy, even where these rules would not.

How to ask and how long it takes

E-mail ngtechnologyaps@gmail.com or use the contact page, with the e-mail address of your account and, if you have one, the receipt number.

We reply within two business days.

A refund is issued to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to show it.

When a plan or pass ends

Your documents stay in your account. Your usage limits return to those of the Free plan.
